Bally’s Chicago Hotel
Designed as the focal point of the Bally’s Entertainment District in Chicago, the elegantly proportioned, 465-foot luxury hotel tower anchors the north end of the master plan for the district, also completed by SCB.
The iconic form of the tower, which includes a spa and food and beverage venues, was inspired by its unique location along the Chicago River. The hotel’s gently curving form and shimmering façade emulate and reflect the river’s movement, while its orientation was carefully designed to provide panoramic views of Chicago’s legendary skyline.
The hotel’s ground floor features a soaring, double-height space that creates a sense of expansive arrival and welcome, encouraging guests to traverse the lobby and explore countless amenities. A bar lounge with floor-to-ceiling glass offers views of the river and Chicago’s famed Riverwalk, a signature restaurant with outdoor dining invites guests to the Riverwalk, and the Wintergarden beckons guests to the casino floor. Guests will float above the city when visiting the fitness center, pool and spa, located on the double-height 23rd floor. And finally, a restaurant bar is located at the top of the tower. With floor-to-ceiling glass and an expansive outdoor terrace, guests will enjoy unparalleled views of the city.
