Rishi Ostrowski is an Associate Principal in SCB’s San Francisco office with more than 20 years of experience across residential, commercial office, mixed-use, and hospitality projects. Rishi guides project teams from design through construction, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to advance the design vision while balancing budget, schedule, and technical requirements. His extensive experience navigating civic agencies and complex approval processes helps clients and project teams anticipate challenges and maintain momentum throughout project delivery.

Rishi’s project experience includes Hayes Point, a mixed-use residential and office development in San Francisco’s Hub District; ARQ at Cumulus, a mixed-use residential development in Los Angeles; and Quincy, an award-winning residential tower in San Francisco.

Rishi earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon. He is a licensed architect in California and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
