An Associate Principal and Project Manager at SCB, Steve organizes project teams and coordinates project efforts from inception through completion, including overseeing approvals, design, documentation, and construction phase services. Steve’s extensive experience encompasses a diverse range of projects, including commercial office, repositioning, senior housing, hospitality, higher education, and aviation. He believes all projects, regardless of type or budget, benefit from a direct, hands-on approach.

Steve’s recent projects include a new headquarters for Valvoline in Lexington, KY; 210 N Carpenter, a multi-tenant creative office building in Chicago’s Fulton Market District; Mather Tysons, a 748,000 square-foot, two-tower senior living community in Tysons, VA; and the adaptive re-use renovation of Wilkerson Commons at the University of North Dakota.

He is a long-time member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and US Green Building Council and is a LEED accredited professional. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute in New York City.
