SCB’s portfolio of work in Chicago’s Fulton Market continues to grow, most recently with Golub & Company and Azur Holdings at 1234 W Randolph Street. The proposed 42-story residential tower will be one of the district’s tallest, and most slender, minimizing shadows to the streets below. Nearby, SCB is also in the early phases of designing 1338 W. Lake Street, a 26-story residential project with Cedar Street.
