SCB was honored with an Award of Merit for Residential from AIA Honolulu during the 2024 Design Awards program. Līlia Waikīkī, a 615,000-square-foot, 28-story residential tower located in the heart of Waikiki, was developed in conjunction with the Queen Emma Land Trust and offers 402 apartments, 20 percent of which are affordable units. Throughout the design, SCB sought to infuse the project with the spirit of the island’s beloved Queen Emma and her passion for the environment, wellness, and preservation of culture.
