Buckhead Village

The building includes 342 apartment units and 11,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. The tower is next to the Buckhead Theatre, one of the oldest buildings in the Village, and includes a dedicated entrance for residences. Faced with this ideally located but narrow site, the curvature of the building maximizes residents’ views and the amenity deck overlooks the refurbished Charlie Loudermilk Park. Buckhead Village serves as a gateway to the emerging West Village area of Buckhead Village. Replacing a street-level surface parking lot, the project responds to the demands for a growing residential base in this already established employment, retail, and entertainment district.
