While the lower floors are being converted into residential apartments, much of the building is being upgraded from outdated offices to modern, high-performance workspaces with premium amenities and rooftop access.
Designed with a focus on long-term sustainability and wellness, the project aims to set a new standard for end-of-trip commuter facilities in Chicago. SCB’s design repositions the building as one of the city’s premier office environments, emphasizing high-quality amenity spaces that support a healthier, more balanced workday.
