Sandra Gucciardi is an Associate Principal and Regional Director of Client Engagement & Growth at SCB. Working in partnership with Boston leadership, she focuses on expanding SCB’s presence across the Eastern region, strengthening client relationships, and connecting new opportunities with the firm’s national expertise.

With more than 25 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry, Sandra brings a strong background in client engagement, market positioning, and strategic business development. Throughout her career, she has built lasting relationships with clients and industry partners, bringing a thoughtful, collaborative approach to understanding their priorities, identifying opportunities, and connecting them with the right people and expertise.

An active contributor to the A/E/C community, Sandra serves on the boards of CoreNet New England and IFMA Boston. In 2023, she was named to the CoreNet Volunteer Hall of Fame in recognition of her contributions and commitment to the industry.

Sandra holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, a degree in Interior Design Technology, and a Massachusetts real estate license.
