Lisa is the Chief Financial Officer and an Associate Principal at SCB.  Building on 25+ years of finance and accounting experience in the AEC industry, she brings demonstrated expertise in leading a business through significant growth. In her role at the firm, Lisa collaborates with the President, COO and Principals, Studio Leaders and Department Heads, and leads the finance and accounting team. She is responsible for driving top-tier financial accounting and reporting, building a culture of financial discipline, enhancing communication, and equipping leaders with data-driven insights.

Prior to joining SCB, Lisa was responsible for the control and management of financial areas for the US region of a 400-person international consultancy firm of engineers, designers, and advisers.  Before that, she oversaw the financial operations of a 300-person engineering consulting firm including financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, payroll, audit, tax, and M&A activity. 

Lisa attended Saint Xavier University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and graduated summa cum laude. She is a CPA in Illinois and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Illinois CPA Society.
