SCB partnered with longtime client Hanover Company to design Hanover Montrose, a 31-story, 327-unit residential tower that makes a striking addition to Houston’s skyline.
The 631,000-square-foot building blends modern glass and stone elements to create a sleek, contemporary aesthetic. Residences range from studios to two-bedroom apartments and feature open layouts, thoughtfully designed floor plans, and expansive windows that frame views of the Montrose neighborhood and downtown Houston.
Situated within walking distance of some of the city’s best dining, entertainment, and cultural destinations, Hanover Montrose offers residents the vibrancy of one of Houston’s most walkable, arts-focused neighborhoods with convenient access to downtown business districts.
The tower includes 13,000 square feet of amenity space and parking for 493 vehicles. Designed to elevate daily living, Hanover Montrose offers more than 15,000 square feet of spa-like amenities.
