The design theme draws inspiration from the surrounding vibrant theatre district. Entering under a lit canopy resembling marquees of iconic theatres, Marquee at Block 37’s lobby décor is complemented by film-inspired artwork, dramatic draperies, and light fixtures. The interior design encompasses a wide array of modern amenities that offer residents 33,000 square feet of one-of-a-kind indoor and outdoor spaces located on the fifth and 38th floors.
The main amenity floor features contemporary Italian furniture, fireplaces, and timeless materials that create a dramatic and sophisticated environment. The club lounge, party room, library, gaming room, and cinema lounge provide a variety of entertainment spaces. To compliment these interior amenities, the building also offers an outdoor deck with a pool, cabanas, grill terrace, and fire pit directly outside the floor-to ceiling glass windows of the main amenity floor. An observation deck is easily accessible from the premium fitness center and steam/sauna rooms on the top floor provide expansive views of Chicago and the lake.
