Bradley Schnee, Principal and National Aviation Director, has been instrumental in advancing SCB’s aviation portfolio, including his leadership on the O’Hare Global Terminal (OGT). He provides strategic direction for the firm’s aviation practice, guiding complex, large-scale projects that require rigorous coordination, stakeholder alignment, and long-term performance vision. Bradley’s leadership brings together multidisciplinary teams to deliver transformative transportation environments that enhance passenger experience while supporting operational excellence.

Andrew Monaghan has played a meaningful role in shaping SCB’s experience-driven interiors. Known for his thoughtful design influence and collaborative leadership style, Andrew works closely with clients and teams to translate vision into environments that support how people work, gather, and move. His work spans high-performance workplaces, hospitality-forward aviation clubs, and repositioning strategies that reimagine amenity spaces as destinations. As Principal and Interior Design Director, Andrew will continue to strengthen SCB’s design culture through mentorship, innovation, and integrated collaboration across architecture and interiors.

Sarah Jakubowski Maraccini, Principal and Director of Marketing and Business Development, assists firmwide strategy around pursuits, positioning, and client engagement.
