Her deep background in architecture and interior design and her extensive knowledge of governmental codes and regulations enable her to lead complex, high-profile aviation projects, from collateral campus buildings to existing facility renovations, with precision. Under her leadership, SCB has significantly expanded its aviation portfolio, delivering United Airlines Clubs and Polaris Lounges in over 25 airports worldwide.

“Renee’s leadership continues to strengthen SCB’s impact in the aviation sector, reinforcing the firm’s reputation as a trusted partner in airport transformation,” says President and CEO Chris Pemberton, AIA.

With 25 years of experience, Bradley has been critical in guiding complex airport projects through design, approvals, documentation, and construction. In his new role as National Aviation Director, Bradley will oversee the management and operations of SCB’s national Aviation practice, structuring the aviation design teams and ensuring the implementation of best business practices in the aviation sector. Bradley is currently serving as Deputy Project Manager for the transformative O’Hare Global Terminal, one of the country’s largest and most ambitious airport redevelopment projects. He has also worked on the SCB-led United Airlines Clubs and Polaris Lounges.

“Bradley is a consummate manager and exceptional project delivery leader across our aviation portfolio,” says SCB Principal Mark Frisch, FAIA. “He shows care and dedication to the people he leads, making him the perfect person to lead the operations of our national Aviation practice group and ensure our continued success in this sector.”

“Our aviation expertise spans the full passenger journey, from curb to gate,” says Pemberton. “Renee and Bradley both have a deep understanding of the complexities of modern airports. I’m confident their leadership will continue to result in innovative projects that enhance airport performance and improve the user experience.”
