SCB and associate architect H & S International designed a mixed-use development on the new Scottsdale Waterfront, comprised of retail, office, and residential condominiums. The 11-acre site links the prestigious Scottsdale Fashion Square mall to the north and charming historic Old Town to the south. The project artfully integrates the Arizona Canal into the fabric of the City by creating a waterfront oasis that enhances the community with newly landscaped canal banks, riding paths, an amphitheater, and a pedestrian bridge.
