The Harbortown site was originally developed in the 1980’s along the northern edge and included 2 towers, 80 townhomes and 2 parking structures. This left a valuable portion at the southern end of the Harbortown district underdeveloped. SCB developed a concept plan for further development of this 10-acre southern zone. The development plan proposed expanded residential areas to take advantage of the compelling views of downtown Detroit and the Detroit River.
