River Danube City

The River Danube site adjoins the northern part of Petrzalka and the historic centre of Bratislava across the river. It is near the newly built E58 motorway that runs throughout the city and enables direct connection with Austria, Hungary and other parts of Slovakia. The site overlooks the old town of the city, the new development of Ballymore on the opposite side of the river, and the Bratislava castle.
The site is approximately 16 hectares and is being re-zoned to a mixed-use community of around 850,000 sqm of GFA. The land use mix is approximately 50/50 residential and offices and includes supporting retail and a hotel.
