Having outgrown their offices at 120 North LaSalle and aspiring to make a statement with their next location, this 30 person Chicago law firm decided to investigate unconventional real estate opportunities in the city. SCB provided real estate analysis and full interior design services for the project, which ultimately landed in the 4-story Goodman Theater building at 170 North Dearborn. In addition to its oblique rotunda and nightly light show on the south facade, KJS's new top-floor space features three balconies and twenty foot windows at the rotunda with direct access to the exterior and southern light.
