The Block 37 Residential project will consist of two residential towers positioned on top of a four-story above-grade retail base. Building One will be a condominium residence of 32 floors plus mechanical penthouse, containing approximately 365 dwellings. The gross area of the condominium building is approximately 515,000 gsf including core areas within the retail base. Building Two will be a rental apartment building of 33 floors plus mechanical penthouse containing approximately 427 dwellings. The gross area of the apartment building is approximately 502,000 gsf including core areas within the retail base.
