This luxury residential high rise is located on a compact site adjacent to one of Philadelphia’s most significant historic buildings. As the design architect, SCB created an aura of height and elegance by breaking the 45-story tower into three distinct volumes. The center is curved to give distinction to the major frontages facing the river to the east and the downtown skyline to the west.
Most of the 307 units feature a large corner living room and eat-in kitchen. The penthouse apartments on the top floors include large roof terraces and spectacular views in every direction. The 10-story parking garage, with space for 307 cars, integrates seamlessly into the cast-in-place concrete structures.
